External Sales Invoice No. Filter
This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a sales invoice based on its external sales invoice number. User should fill in the External Sales Invoice Number. User may also enter the first few numbers/characters of the External Sales Invoice No. then click the search button in the right side of the same line of this field.
After clicking the search button, if there is an existing record of a sales invoice associated with the provided External Sales Invoice No., all sales invoice transactions with External Sales Invoice No. starting with the given search parameter will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
User can also perform a wild card search by utilizing the percentage (%) symbol. If there is an existing record of a sales invoice associated with the provided External Sales Invoice No., this will list any External Sales Invoice No.s that contain the given search value.
